Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Remain unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our custom 3D printed products are uniquely made to order based on your specifications and preferences. Due to their personalized nature, returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• There is a significant deviation from the product description or the specifications you provided.

Should you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and address it promptly.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the receipt of such item and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that refunds are not granted if:

• The return is initiated after 14 days following the receipt of the product.
• The product is returned due to reasons not due to damage, defect, or incorrect specification (e.g., the colors are not as expected unless they significantly deviate from the description).
